• Adding or revising the roster of cricketers available to select in a Contest according to revisions to the match roster (defined here);
• We will notify all Users via email and/or telephone if we assign our rights and liabilities under these Terms to any entity.

Any User who breaches, reasonably believes that such User has breached, or illegally or improperly accesses, uses or accesses the Platform or participates in the Contest may, in its sole and absolute discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate the User's access to the Platform or Contests without notification to the User, delete or deactivate the User's Account and all associated information on it, delete any content posted by the User on the Platform, block contest participation, and take any other legal and technical steps necessary.

Users who violate these Terms will not be entitled to a refund of Platform Fees already paid. Moreover, all wins (as defined herein) credited to such Users will automatically be forfeited. You can apply your balance to your account, excluding any accumulated wins, if you violate these terms and incur losses or damages. A refund will be made to the User if any amount remains (if any).

Applicability

Eligibility
