Refund Policy

A user's account funds are not refundable and can only be used for competitions run by Fantasywicket.

A transaction cannot be reversed once confirmed Fantasywicket. A user may cancel a transaction at any time and get a refund for the amount paid by Fantasywicket under the following circumstances: If the user requests to cancel a payment, the website Fantasywicket is not required to reimburse the amount paid. In the same way, the website Fantasywicket does not have to refund money if the user notifies it from the registered email address.

Fantasywicket can deduct any cancellation fees and taxes before returning the transaction money to the User. During the transaction process, users should also review the additional terms and conditions that apply if they conflict with the current Terms and Conditions of Fantasywicket. Fantasywicket User Account source will only receive money used to purchase the game.

Payment methods or financial instruments used for deposits are used for refund transactions. 5-7 business days may be required for the internal review team to process the refund.
